For a second consecutive year, we partnered with AIESEC and supported their initiative “Business in Practice” (BiP). BiP aims to bring together leading companies and established professionals with talented and ambitious students.
Our office hosted many students from different universities, interested in Business Intelligence. They were determined to tackle our business challenge. For them we had prepared a practical case study that required the participants to demonstrate their analytical skills, work in teams, prepare a dashboard and present a solution. Each team was mentored by one of our experienced consultants. All the teams managed to deliver their own outstanding solution to the case.
“It was inspiring to see so many intelligent and proactive young people in our office, working on our case with such a passion”, shared Ahinora Mladenova, HR, Know-How & Quality Lead at B EYE. “I believe that BiP truly helps to bridge the gap between students and the business. Therefore, I was so glad to see that so many students showed great interest in Business Intelligence and I would be happy to see some of these people join our team.”
