A client of ours, a leading Healthcare company, started to have noticeable issues with their legacy statistical forecasting system. Its unoptimized nature caused plenty of issues during work, often related to performance or capabilities. So, instead of working around it, our client decided to change it completely. Usually, these types of decisions aren’t made lightly, so we at B EYE did our best to quickly patch up this hole in their process workflow.

And with a bit of process evaluation and agile consulting, we were able to provide our client with a worthy successor for their legacy statistical forecasting system.
