We created a data analytics dashboard that allows our client to easily evaluate its sales team activity, from sales representatives to sales managers. Our dashboard also allowed the sales team to gather insights and make data-based decisions based on client visits and priorities.

Our client, a global pharmaceuticals vendor, was experiencing issues with their established analytics software. They were getting a lot of worthwhile data from their CRM but, at the end of the day, managed to only get basic analytics out of it. Their sales teams were often kept in the dark in terms of progress updates and the evolution of their milestones. Our client needed a complete overhaul, and we at B EYE were more than happy to help them make that change.

We had to create a dashboard that would be able to offer more flexibility and scalability while still pinpointing stellar insights to enhance their decision-making process. So, we went with Qlik Sense and developed a beautiful interactive dashboard that not only transformed and visualized their data but also helped track all their sales reps’ achievement progress. Their sales team was finally able to gain some transparency and with it also came increased productivity. Additionally, our client was elated that they could spot and optimize any bottlenecks within their workflow processes, which helped further increase sales and production.
