The solution provides a lane and shipment risk score based on operational drivers (seasonality, dwell locations, packaging type, and carrier performance) and produces audit-ready investigation summaries for quality and compliance teams. 

Temperature excursions were typically investigated after delivery using fragmented data from loggers, warehouse handoffs, and carrier milestones. Compliance reporting required manual stitching of evidence across systems, and repeated issues on the same lanes were hard to spot early. Teams needed one source of truth that supported prevention, not just after-the-fact reporting.

B EYE consolidated logger readings and milestone events into a single Qlik shipment timeline, enabling rapid drilldowns from network KPIs down to a specific handoff. Lane risk scoring highlighted repeat patterns (for example: prolonged dwell at specific nodes or packaging mismatches during seasonal extremes) so operations could take preventative actions such as lane changes, packaging upgrades, and SOP enforcement at known hotspots. The distributor reduced excursions on targeted lanes while accelerating investigations and standardizing compliance output.
