You’ll join a creative team of sales and marketing professionals, driving new opportunities and building strategic partnerships with industry leaders. In this role, you’ll manage your own sales pipeline, prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deal closures. Beyond closing deals, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term customer value.

What you will do

Main responsibilities

  • Own and drive enterprise revenue growth by defining and executing a focused go-to-market strategy across priority industries and regions.
  • Identify, originate, and close high-value enterprise opportunities, actively leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Shape account penetration strategies and build multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Translate B EYE’s value proposition, platforms, and portfolio into compelling executive-level conversations and tailored solutions.
  • Generate new business through strategic outbound initiatives (direct outreach, partner channels, industry networks).
  • Lead complex presales engagements, including customized presentations, demos, and commercial proposals.
  • Build and expand strategic partnerships to accelerate pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and CRM hygiene.

Essential requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a software/product company and/or performing duties similar to those above
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, regardless of industry
  • Outstanding English skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication skills; ability to explain technological strategies to both end-users and decision-makers throughout organizations, including technical, business, and C-level audiences
  • Self-starter that takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • An academic degree in Finance, Management, IT/Digital, Business Administration, Marketing/PR, or Social and Humanitarian Disciplines
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiating skills.
