Job specifics

Disclaimer: For this opening, the work time is based on the rotational shiftwork. The workload is expected to be about 14 shifts per month. The shifts are 7.5h, where the evening shifts’ working hours are from 18:00 – 01:30, the night shifts from 01:30-9:00, and the weekends have daily shifts from 09:00 until 18:00.

There is flexibility which allows for rotation and re-adjustment of the schedule when needed.


The starting gross salary is 1700BGN and gets reevaluated after the successful completion of the six months probation period.

What you will do

Main responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, management, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor internal processes within different platforms
  • Monitor, restart, and troubleshoot tasks in the Management Consoles and Data Warehouse systems
  • Investigate and solve issues within internal applications
  • Operate and create tickets within different ticketing platforms – JIRA, ServiceNOW
  • Grant and manage permissions
  • Follow the established escalation paths and assist the communication between the development teams and the end-users
  • Closely follow software development best practices
  • Prepare technical design documents using enterprise standard documentation tools

Essential Requirements

  • Business Proficiency in English
  • Students or recent graduates with a degree in Mathematics, Sciences, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Aptitude for understanding and problem solving

The steps you need to complete

Screening
