Disclaimer: For this opening, the shifts are based on the rotational shiftwork. The workload is expected to be on average with 8 night shifts and 2 weekend day shifts per month. The night shifts are from 1:30 until 9 am and the weekend shifts will be from 9 to 6 pm. This sums up to an average of 10 full working days/month.
Please have in mind that the gross salary for this position starts from 1100 BGN.
What you will do
– Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, management, and other stakeholders – Monitor, restart and troubleshoot tasks in Data Warehouse (DWH) systems – Operate and create escalation tickets for 2nd level DWH support within different ticketing platforms – JIRA, ServiceNow – Closely follow B EYE’s best practices for software development – Prepare and update existing DWH technical design documents using enterprise standard documentation tools
