What you will do

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote B EYE and its products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, HR, and Development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with our Head of content for the creation of compelling content for various channels, including website, blogs, and social media.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with B EYE’s audience.
  • Achieve set objectives and KPIs.
  • Perform keyword research and monitor competitors – keywords used, content analysis, and suggest optimizations based on them.
  • Manage, conduct technical audits, and optimize WordPress-based website to enhance search visibility and domain authority.

Your experience and efforts will help us advertise our products and services to the international market. Yes, being tech-savvy is a plus, but if you are generally curious about the world and the data it has to offer for analysis, we will educate you on everything you need to know about our field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a senior marketing role, preferably within the IT or BI industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • To be a strategic-oriented and “doer” type of person.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business Proficiency in English – written and spoken fluency.
  • Experience with WordPress Google Ads.

The process

The steps you need to complete



Each resume is personally evaluated by an HR representative based on various criteria. During this initial step only the shortlisted candidates are contacted.



Two short online questionnaires taking up to=1 hour to complete.


HR interview

A behavioral interview with a recruiter that takes ≈30 minutes and stresses on motivational and success factors.


Marketing Task

You’ll be given a topic and some set criteria to show us your creative skills.


Final Interview

Led by the hiring manager and the manager of the company. The final interview will be focused on motivational factors and determination for the role.
