Your role in the company

The best-suited person for our Content Creator position is someone that is curious, likes to research and read about the hottest new technical trends, and can communicate complex topics in an understandable and easily digestible manner.

What you will do

Main responsibilities

  • Review and update technical content, manuals, and procedures for our internal know-how database (Confluence)
  • Develop high-quality technical articles and videos showcasing B EYE‘s solutions, products, and services
  • Where appropriate, use screenshots, drawings, diagrams, and/or charts to present information in the most informative way
  • Translate technical information into a clear, understandable message for the targeted audience
  • Gather information from different internal and external sources
  • Conduct meetings with technical team members to collect information for articles
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to maintain efficient and consistent brand messaging
  • Work with the Marketing department to drive SEO in content creation

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role
  • Graduates with a degree in Business/Technology, Sciences, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Vivid imagination and a creative mindset
  • Experience writing and editing technical content (you are welcome to send us samples of your previous work)
  • Ability to clearly present technical documentation to non-technical people
  • Experience with researching, editing, and organizing information from different sources to get to the bottom of various technical and non-technical concepts

Requirements considered an advantage

  • Strong interest and understanding of the technology industry, specifically in the field of Business Intelligence
  • An official certificate in English as proof would be considered an advantage
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines
  • Experience with Business Intelligence systems (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with Atlassian products
  • Experience with Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience with video creation tools and/or platforms

The process

The steps you need to complete

Screening

Each resume is personally evaluated by an HR representative based on various criteria. During this initial step only the shortlisted candidates are contacted.

Test

One or two short online questionnaires taking <=1 hour to complete.

HR interview

A behavioral interview with a recruiter that takes ≈30 minutes and stresses on motivational and success factors.

04

Final Interview

Led by the hiring manager and the manager of the company. The final interview will be focused on motivational factors and determination for the role.
