Your role in the company

The person in this role must be able to talk and negotiate with the business clients, understand and analyze their needs and turn them into requirements for system functionalities. The role requires a highly-analytical specialist who has both business and technical expertise and leads the communication between clients, stakeholders, project managers, and the development team.

What you will do

Main responsibilities

  • Carry through the communication between clients, stakeholders, project managers, and development team to refine the product strategy and vision
  • Diligent in deliveries and ensuring that the project’s technicalities (requirement + estimations) will be promptly delivered and communicated with the business
  • Understand the user base/business management software, business problem, existing applications and roadmap
  • Develop and present requirements for specifications of functionalities and applications
  • Negotiate with business clients the specifics, importance of the tasks and priorities between them
  • Definition and tracking of project scope
  • Manage the requests from client point and distributes to Project Managers
  • Communicate budgets and costs with clients
  • Track the execution of projects and tasks
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Manage the communication and resolution of problems and requests
  • Present and report achievements to clients
  • Test functionalities and applications developed for clients
  • Protect the interests of customers in achieving their needs
  • Prepare user and technical documentation
  • Train users.

What we need

  • 1-2 years of experience in a software/product company and/or performing duties similar to those above
  • Outstanding English skills
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail (strong written, visual, oral, interpersonal communication skills, active listening, ability to build consensus and support across functions and at all levels)
  • An academic degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration or Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/Technology
  • Ability to plan and conduct multiple projects concurrently
  • Very good Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Quickly delve and understand the business processes and the diverse software we use to provide solutions to our clients.

Requirements considered an advantage

  • Have a solid understanding of connected systems and to be able to comprehend and translate technical requirements on laymen’s terms to the business.
  • Technical background
  • Previous experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Service now
  • Proactive, reliant and willing to engage with the development team on a daily bases.

The process

The steps you need to complete



Each resume is personally evaluated by an HR representative based on various criteria. During this initial step only the shortlisted candidates are contacted.



One or two short online questionnaires taking less than 1 hour to complete.


HR interview

A behavioral interview with a recruiter that takes ≈30 minutes and stresses on motivational and success factors.



You’ll be given a case study with various problems, and you have to show us how you would solve them.


Final Interview

Led by the hiring manager and the manager of the company. The final interview will be focused on motivational factors and determination for the role.
