What you will do
Deep knowledge and understanding of B EYE’s primary platforms, projects, and services
Understand well B EYE’s value proposition and its targeted client profiles to best position our services
Develop strong professional relationships with B EYE’s US platform partners and their account manager sand bolster sales collaboration in the US region, and drive the cadence of partner opportunities and biz status reviews with key stakeholders
Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective business clients and educate them about how our services can help
Present and demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of the platforms B EYE works with
Present relevant projects from B EYE’s portfolio and tell compelling stories about them
Participate in all stages of the sales cycle (prospecting, lead qualification, intro meeting, proposals, contract negotiation, etc.), including developing strong relations with new clients
Maintain sales data/records, including updating all activities, contacts, and correspondence within the CRM system
Successfully manage a set of accounts across the US region.
What we need
Our dream teammate possesses a certain skillset
3-4 years of experience in a software/product company and/or performing duties similar to those above
Outstanding English skills (written and verbal)
Strong communication skills; ability to explain technological strategies to both end-users and decision-makers throughout organizations, including technical, business, and C-level audiences
Self-starter that takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
An academic degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing/PR, or Social and Humanitarian Disciplines
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiating skills.
Requirements considered an advantage
Very organized and detail-oriented
Proactively maintain product/platform knowledge outside of scheduled training
Knowledge of the US market and experience with US clients.

Each resume is personally evaluated by an HR representative based on various criteria. During this initial step only the shortlisted candidates are contacted.
One or two short online questionnaires taking less than 1 hour to complete.
A behavioral interview with a recruiter that takes ≈30 minutes and stresses on motivational and success factors.
You’ll be given a case study with various problems, and you have to show us how you would solve them.
Led by the hiring manager and the manager of the company. The final interview will be focused on motivational factors and determination for the role.
