How would you describe your role and journey at B EYE so far?
I’ve been a part of the B EYE family for 5 years, starting off as a support analyst during my university years and now in my current role as an Anaplan consultant.
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve gained from your work here?
Empathy is key. It’s vital to step into a client’s shoes, truly grasp their unique needs, and articulate the best solution.
Got any funny stories to share from your time at B EYE?
Sure! Imagine showing up to a company party just a day after you’ve joined. It was both amusing and slightly overwhelming not recognizing anyone!
For those aspiring to follow a similar career path, what advice would you give?
Just dive in. You’ll never truly know if this career is for you unless you give it a try.
Between a book, a movie, or a video game, what’s your pick?
I’d say a book, movie and a video game. Books make a great pre-sleep activity. While movies and games stimulate our minds immensely like nothing else can do.
What are the top 5 destinations on your bucket list?
I’d like to visit the Egyptian pyramids, the majestic Niagara Falls, the historic Machu Picchu, the buzzing city of Dubai, and the high-tech world of Tokyo. And that’s just a start.
Tell us about a standout project you’ve tackled with Anaplan.
One of my standout projects at B EYE was a two-month endeavor aimed at upgrading an existing application. This wasn’t a straightforward task; the app was constantly evolving, requiring us to implement regular updates for its users. Each section had its unique needs, so our team was frequently pivoting to address different aspects of the application. This meant we had to be highly adaptable, ensuring we met the changing requirements while enhancing the overall user experience.
